im getting ready to buy one. my car has been down since march when the stock pump crapped out on me  so will this "kit" work? Is the wiring compatible with v6's. i am aware that it wont directly fit in the basket.
This is what im thinking http://www.summitracing.com/parts/GRN-GM722-2/

It works, but google around for some better pricing. That sock shown in the pic won't work the the GSS-341 pump.

I've got a 2000 Camaro with the 3800 and I think my fuel pump has died. Will this pump work for my application?

Why not buy a whole bucket for $110?? Unless you're heavily modded...

That is incompatible with a V6 fuel system.

You can also get the high flow walbro pump for the same price , and works well for modded cars. I've ran mine for about 10 years now still running great.
