I was wondering because someone had mentioned that it did but I was not sure. If not does anybody know the production #'s of 1999 firebirds with the W68 package with the Y87 package? I would just look in the glove box but the car II am looking at is like 150 miles away.

No, W68 Package does not mean that it automatically came with the Y87 Package, sorry but I do not know the production numbers for 1999.
