    yea, great tip. somepeople don't know about that one.

    so freaking tight behind the firewall on thease cars...heater hoses, heater core, bunch of crap. if that extra wrench will fit it will be a great help.

      oh yea...
      make sure you are turning the 'outer bolt' (closest to the firewall) as it is actually TWO bolts basicaly on top of each other with the A4 dipstick tube in between. I don't know what else bolts there on an M5 car.

      if you don't know.... the inner bolt is actually a welded bolt/nut with more threads and another nut on top of that. brackets, dipstick tube, wire gromet/looms are held in place between the tow nuts. think the 'base' nut/bolt secures the third alternator bracket...the black two piece bracket that runs the lenth of the engine.
