I was wondering a few things about autotap because I been thinking about buying it. Can you use it on any obd2 car? And does it offer anything for troubleshooting let's say a abs inop light coming on? My dad's having some problems with his car, he has a obd2 car also. Thanks guys

it'll tell you what code is being set off when a warning light comes on like that. SES, abs inop -
So it'll work for a 3.8L Oldsmobile OBD2 vehicle and my camaro also. And it'll tell why the ABS Inop light is coming on. GreatComment

If you order the GM AutoTap, it will work on any GM obd2. But, it will not read and abs inop light. ABS and the air bag system are not part of OBD2, so AutoTap cannot tell you anything about them.

My abs inop like was coming on for a while there. It went off then came back on until I killed it. Started it back up and it was off. Hasn't been on since, that's been about a week ago.
