I don't think it would, long as the screen is before the sensor and not after. Can't imagine why it would be after.Comment

yea the screen was before. And I drove it with no problem for a month or so. I didn't think it would make a difference but Now I have two codes telling me I'm running to lean.... Removing the MAF screen will cause the AFR to go wacky. So your answer is yes it can cause those codes.sigpic
