I have a 96 auto 3.8... 3.08 gears if it matters. I have complete exhaust and intake and most of igntion done so i dont know if that would make this off or not and i dont even know if it is off. When going from stop to wide open throttle my 1st-2nd shift is right at 5900-6000. More towards 6 i think. Is this right or is it shifting too high?

Does anyone know what the average rpm is when it shifts into 2nd? I think 5900-6000 is a little high too. I hope to be getting my 3.42's soon and i will get texas speed to tune for that and get it to shift a little lower. But does anyone else think thats too high?1996 Camaro -- SLP CAI, Motorvator TB spacer, MSD 8.5 mm wires, 180 thermostat, Pacesetter headers, Catco 3 in cat, TSP Rumbler, custom painted interior, 18x9.5 Z06 replica wheels, Nexen N3000 265/35r18 tires, - Best 1/4 mile 15.3@89mph
