    No idea where this goes

    I feel like a total doof but for the life of me I can't figure out what this plastic pipe connects to or what it is for.

    I'm just finishing rebuilding my motor and I'm totally stuck on this. Obviously its a quick connect type fitting that comes out of the belt tensioner. I must have lost whatever connects to this.

    My car is a 99 3.8L

    I believe that is the infamous coolant elbow that is known to break quite often. My car is in storage so I cant go out and look.

      I figured it out, it's in backwards. It should be facing 180 degrees the other way. There is a hole in the intake that it goes into. Live and learn.
