I'm trying to get a sending unit for my fuel gauge but Autozone and Advanced Auto is telling me that they're apart of an entire fuel pump assembly meaning I have to buy a whole new fuel pump... Is this true?
I want to buy a racetronix pump because the car is going to become a project car, but if I buy one, will it also come with the sending unit for my fuel gauge?
Yes, the sending unit is sold as part of the pump.
No, a Racetronix pump will not come with the sending unit.
