  • Air pump fuse

When checking my fuses in the engine compartment I noticed the air pump fuse was burned out so I replaced it. I have no idea how long it had been burned out. It burned out again immediately and again one more time. After looking over the pump and wires I don't see anyplace that may be shorting out.

Is there any reason for concern about not having the pump running or is it just for emissions? If it doesn't affect anything I'll just leave it not working.

The engine runs great. I just don't want it to lead to any other problems.

    Thanks

Emissions only, I wouldn't worry about it as long as it isn't setting an SES.

Thanks Bird of Prey. There are no drivability issues so I'll just let it go.

      Merry Christmas.
