For awhile now my car has been using about a quart of oil every 1,000 miles. I checked the pcv valve and noticed that oil was being sucked up past the valve. I replaced the pcv valve and went to an autoparts store and got a a new o-ring, but it is still leaking. I've tried different size rings and can't seem to find the right size. What do I do? Do i need to get the o-ring from a dealership? I went to advanced auto and all they give me is pack of o-rings and tell me to pick the one you think fits right. Not even sure if the o-ring is the problem.
