This morning it stayed at 100 degrees for the entire drive (about 1 hour combined street/highway) until I stopped for about 20 minutes and let it idle... for that entire drive I had absolutely no heat and it is 40 degrees outside...
Someone is telling me it could be air trapped inside the system... Well I bled and topped it off for about 15 minutes but I didnt see any airbubble pop out...
This only started as soon as I replaced my water pump. The old pump didn't do this, the pump housing was also left open for about 2 days due to snow and I couldn't work on it.
What could be the cause of this?
The Pump is new
The Thermostat is a month old...
Could there still be air in the system after 15 mins of bleeding?
