Battery is good, starter is good.
Found out the the issue was with the VATS system, did the bypass with the 2 orange wires and the resister match from the key and it works just fine now.

Then you wern't hearing the starter click, VATS disables the starter circuit.

I have a problem today. Battery shows that head lights are bright,radio works but no response at all when I turn the key.
I have had two starters in this 2000 Camaro. Think its yet another Starter???

Yeah I thought that was the starter, I'm lame. I heard something else that wasn't the starter just the click from the ignition.
