Manual Seats

Is there a way to adjust the height of the manual driver seat in a 4th gen? There is the lever on the side to tilt the seat-back, a lever to scoot the seat forward and back and another level to tilt the seat-bottom.

I'm 5'8 and don't lean back into my seat, if you put the seat-back all the way forward into the cramped position, mine is set about 2 clicks back. At this adjustment, looking forward, my eyes are slightly above the steering wheel.

I'm hoping this makes sense...

My previous '96 Z28 had power seats where the height level could be adjusted, so I never had problems.

P.S. No telephone book suggestions either..

no, they cant.

im around the same height, but i have no problems seeing over the steering wheel (although i keep my tilt down a little on the 'maro)

nope there is not, i kinda miss the manuals seats that were in my camaro, this dang power seat in the bird has to many things to set to get comfortable

Lol, if you have to reset the seat once you get it set you are letting too many people drive your car.
