  • need help identifying a bolt

    i've been intermittently hearing a rattling sound from the engine compartment and i think i've identified the source of it:



    can anyone help me identify the bolt thats missing? i need the specifications so i can replace it. car is 1998 camaro 3.8L

    LOL I lost that same one about a year ago, just wound up replacing wit a bolt from lowes, get a one inch long and I this it was a metric 14 but not entirely sure.

    I went to dealer and parts house and nobody could find it.

          Hmmm, I think tomorrow I'm going to ba making sure this particular bolt is tightened down.

              it's only for your egr...just delete it :)

                gonna remove other bolt from the bracket and remove the bracket - seems like the easiest solution.
