  • $1,500 to have a V6 installed...

    Does this sound reasonable?

    Includes a motor with a warranty and all labor.

    That sounds about right. Figure $800-1000 for motor and the rest in misc. and labor.

      Wait, Is that a V6 or V8?

        Sounds about right , even a good deal actually.

          Sounds great considering when I wanted a shop to do mine they quoted me at $3000 for the job and $1500 down.

            i paid $750 in parts an labor alone to have my series 3 installed, plus 900 for the engine.

                  I have to for go it this time around because I need the money to get back in and finish college, plus I have to move to do it so thats going to eat almost $3k right there...
