I know there has to be some extra weight just sitting around in this big car somewhere that i can drop. Everytime i have a girl that weight 100 pounds in my car i can feel a difference in the power and would love to get 100 pounds out of my car. So i know i probably can't drop 100 pounds without substatial changes...but does anyone know any little things i can do to drop so weight?
P.S. I won't lose my system cause that is the best part of the car, and i already took out the spare.

You could remove your engine life brakets, that would be about 2 pounds. What about your complete a/c system, but i dont know if girls would want to ride with you then. You could also install a smaller battery, something like what a honda civic uses. Personaly i know what your talking about, but i would not remove anything.

system, spare tire and jack, back seat if not used, engine brackets, AC system, EGR, and then there is a list of other stuff if you didn't care what the inside of the car looked like. But for the most part what I mentioned you can get by without looking like you have a stripped car.
do a search here and in drag racing I think james had a 10 mile long list of each thing you can remove and their weights...
ps if your noticing a difference in performance when you have a chick in the car pick up skinnier chicks ;)

heh don't forget man aluminum radiator, race glass, flexplate/flywheel, driveshaft... In my old Iroc I think the change to the race glass all around saved me something like 340lbs i think it was, its not technically street legal but Fu$% that. Plus water doesn't stick to it half as well... Remember when you want to save every ounce counts.
You lose 100 pounds, thats roughly 10 HP. Go on a diet, fat ****!, jk. I think both rear seats w/ fasteners is about 43 lbs, theres a good start. I've been thinknig about this, since I rarely have passengers back there.

-A/C (it will also free up a few leeched horsies)
-radio n speakers
-air bags
-whole new aftermarket suspension
-tubular k-member (75lbs)
-switch to a manuel rack
-AL. DS
-any sound proofing material
-switch to race glass
-get a set of racing seats
-fiberglass/carbonfiber body panels or get them acid dipped
-paint and clear coat weigh alot man
-spare tire and jack
-million $ forged rims
-smaller battery (they make ones that only weigh 12lbs)
-only fill your gas tank a little bit
-and when all else fails get yourself a really big drill and start drilling yourself some "speed holes"
-oh yeah and slim fast
basically theres no limit to weight reduction, but if you still want to have a car and not just a really expensive seat i suggest you find you speed elsewhere

Be careful with aluminum driveshafts, I hear V8 guys saying how they break, and some of them didn't have that many mods, so I'm not sure if it was b/c they were pushing a lot of horsepower or not.

Or get a carbon fiber driveshaft from ACPT if you a true weight nazi. Not cheap at all though.
