Air Condition Help

I have a 94 3.4L. After about an hour or so of driving with my A/C on it will stop putting out cold air. It will still be cool but not Cold like it usually is. After looking under the hood I noticed that where the A/C lines begin to run under the dashboard im guessing this is the start of the evaporator. Anyways it actually forms ice all around it. I think this could be my problem. Is there a drain or something that may be clogged? What do you guys think?

Charge may be low causing it to freeze up or your evaporator needs to be cleaned.

Its already been flushed and recharged. It holds freon just fine. How is the best way to access and clean the evaporator?
