What is is? Where does it go?

2001 Camaro 3.8L

I know that it somehow belongs in the EVAP system. It is just dangling under the car. Previous owner likely disconnected it. I would like to put it back together. It is a check valve of some sort.

So...

Also anyone have a sketch of how this EVAP goes from the front of the car to the back (any and all connections) it would help. I have to jack this thing up pretty high to get my FA under it so I would like to square this away first shot.

kinda looks like a t fitting for a/c. that would be around your pass side firewall

It looks like a fitting for the windshield washer hose. Did you try to see if it can spray?
