Operation A/c

It's been a while since i tackled something big with the car. I really want to get the a/c working.

Best way i know is to change out every component to ls1 style since i converted the engine about 3 yrs ago.

Ordered new drier and evap. Only way to change out the evap is to take out the dash so here it goes ....

When spotted the familiar intake, I wish it was titled: Operation LS1 :drool:

I'm guessing you had to change the evaporator because of the difference in years for your car and the LS cars?

yep, tried custom lines that leaked and said screw it, i'm doing the entire system.

how long did it take Tom? Was it straight forward, no hidden BS screws that were impossible to remove?

i'm starting to put it back together now. Few hours into it. There are screws on the engine side that are a little pain.

yep, 97. if i had a 98 i wouldnt of had to do this
