^X2 on the tuneup except maybe minus the coil swap unless you are having misfire issues. Still i'd do the plugs and wires first to see if that takes care of it. Then intake and exhaust and maybe a tune. Then you can decide where you want to go from there - handling (there is a lot to improve there both launching and cornering) or power (NO2 or turbo/supercharger or heads and cam work or all 3). Careful with the seafoam - it puts a lot of smoke through the exhaust and can plug a CAT on its way out, though if you're planning on a new cat with the exhaust just do the seafoam before. My cat plugged a few thousand miles after I did my last batch - but could also have been that it had 130k on it.
