Got some dyno numbers

First off, I have an 02 v6, with an slp intake and lid, borla exhaust, and magnaflow high flow cat. First run it put down 177whp and and 174lb-ft. After 4 pulls and some tuning it put down 186whp and 185lb-ft. I'm really happy with the numbers considering I don't even have headers. Oh, and the tune was done at Mayhem Motorsports in Raleigh, NC.

Thats very nice. I remember by unmodified 2000 putting down 172whp and 180 torque when it was nearly new. Was it tuned with HP Tuners?

Nice numbers. Are you from Raleigh? That's where I live. They've done some tuning work for me in the past also.

i dont know, OP can respond, but my auto v6 with about the same mods put down 183 with the same tuner.

Ya it's a dyno jet and it's a manual. My near future plans are just a set of headers and an aluminum driveshaft, and since it's a daily driver and I'm still in college, I won't cam it till after I graduate. It's got the y87 package, so I believe it's got 3.42 gears?

I'm in north Raleigh when I'm not at school, off Creedmore road right by I-540.

Nice numbers. You calculate in the 20% drivetrain lost and you are 223hp at the fly.

Did you or they use HPtuner?

O ya, they used HPtuners. If anybody is in, or around Raleigh, I would definitely recommend them if you need a tune.

How much did the tune run? For the most part I've got the same mods just flowmaster 80s series. Ive always been curious what mine put down.
