them miles should have little to no effect too.
I have 250,000miles and I am in the 7~ range for 0-60.
I ran a 15.9 1/4 mile with a STRONG headwind and a crappy 2.335 60'.1997 Chevrolet Camaro
5 Speed STD 3.8L V6
Mods: !cat, Cherry Bomb Super Turbo muffler
15.9@86mph 2.353 60\'@1600ft
400,000km

Slow 40-60 could be from the automatic tranny. Mine's a little weak around 40 when it shifts from 1 to 2, but it doesn't last until 60. It's sort of a dead spot in the power band. Yours might be slipping a little, or your engine may just be beat. A 3.8 should be faster than 16.2 in quarter as well.1999 Y87 Camaro
Whisper Lid, SLP SS Takeoff Exhaust

I would go ahead (like mentioned earlier) do a complete tuneup. Regardless of what a facotry manual tells me I do this once a year on every vehicle of mine. Plugs, fuel filter, PCV, wires, air filter. As you check things under hood you may find other areas that prob. need attention as well. Freshen her up and then see if she feels like she has power back. If not then it's time to start digging deeper.
