them miles should have little to no effect too.
            I have 250,000miles and I am in the 7~ range for 0-60.
            I ran a 15.9 1/4 mile with a STRONG headwind and a crappy 2.335 60'.

ahh ok this explains it then.... unless my quarter miles have gone down since last time i was at the track. My 1/4 time was 16.2 with a fat kid in the car and without torque stalling

why do u ask so many questions?

reaction time is the reason why a stop watch dont work.

Slow 40-60 could be from the automatic tranny. Mine's a little weak around 40 when it shifts from 1 to 2, but it doesn't last until 60. It's sort of a dead spot in the power band. Yours might be slipping a little, or your engine may just be beat. A 3.8 should be faster than 16.2 in quarter as well.

I would go ahead (like mentioned earlier) do a complete tuneup. Regardless of what a facotry manual tells me I do this once a year on every vehicle of mine. Plugs, fuel filter, PCV, wires, air filter. As you check things under hood you may find other areas that prob. need attention as well. Freshen her up and then see if she feels like she has power back. If not then it's time to start digging deeper.
