I found out my problem with my 98 3.8l v6 5spd Bird finally..... Had it fully diagnosed today and found out Bank 2 Sensor 1 Oxygen Sensor is bad..... Crankshaft Position Sensor is bad.....
Question is....
Where is the Crankshaft Position Sensor located??
I looked from the top and didnt see it anywhere... I already picked up the new one.... I'm guessing it is located under the crank pulley and has to be gotten to from under the car??
Also, is there anything special I need to do or program or adjust when I change the CPS out? or is it just unbolt and unplug old one, plug in new one and bolt on, reset engine light and go?? I read somewhere about CASE LEARN, but not sure if this would fall into the same category....
Thanks all ahead of time for your help and input....
