its a valid comment...that pull is not putting any more stress on your motor that your alt, powersteering, crank or tensioner pulleys...afterall it's just a pulley.
the forced air going into your motor is what is going to cause stress...and thats going to happen with both a s/c or turbo

wouldnt this be correct, a turbo at low rpms wouldnt build boost but the supercharger builds boost at low rpms which would mean the turbo would be less of a stress if you stay under 2500 rpm
to be honest its stupid to set a horsepower goal. i could care less what kind of power my car makes, im more concerned with what its going to do quarter mile. plenty of people here have proven time and time again that you dont need a crap ton of power to have a quick car. theres more to a car than just power.
