i have a 96 3.8 camaro and i thought my oil pump was goin out but the mechanic said i have a clog in the oil system. whats the easiest way/cheapest way to fix it???

well wheres the clog? replacing the pump is pretty easy, it's right behind/attached to the front cover...

I had the same problem need to drop oil pan, clean oil pan because you will have oil build up. No need to change oil pump just clean .Camaro V6 1999- K&N Intake System
- 3.73 gear
- Jet DST Programer
- Spark plugs (Split Fire) and wires (Taylor 8.5)
- Headers (Pace) and Y- Pipe
- Hi Flow Cat
