If it drops to zero pretty quick, it's most likely the regulator. Which would also explain acceleration problems.

Bought a regulator. Gonna try that..... One thing I did notice tonight is that it doesn't have the issue until the engine warms up.Comment

Alright. I can't get the old regulator off. Any advice. seems to me you should be able to pull it out fairly easy once you take the vacuum hose off and bleed off the fuel pressure.Comment
