Wow, I forgot how much the stock wheels sit in the wheel wells.
yea i kinda like em like that and the rims too it just makes the red pop but i want some chrome stock one or some aluminium light wheight drag racing rims with street tires or some torque thrust rims:D
I've yet to get pics of my car after I changed the setup on the suspension. I've also got some spacers that help get the wheels a little more flush with the body line, looks soo much better.
il try to do it when i get into the shop when i dont have any work if posible i start sometime next week(im in training)
also at idel rpm on park my engine starts to slow down but it wont shut its self off but when i shift it to drive or reverse it goes back to normal. you think it could be my o2 sensors.?:wavey:
Dude, i'd like to say that you got a pimpin' ride I love the way the 98-02 firebird front end looks:bowdown: (I got the 93-97 front end look)
now to buisness, I would suggest checking the computer for any codes that could indicate what the idle problem might be. It could really be anything but if you got codes it will be immensely easier to coordinate a repair effort.

the only codes that come up are for my o2 sensors i get 2 of them.
and thanks man your car looks nice also i love red firebirds so wen i found mine i bought it asap.
and have u considered doin a front end covertion all you need is the fenders ,hood, front bumpers, and some brackets ive seen it done on youtube i think?

Can you get the codes for us? It should be something like P for powertrain and then a series of numbers it should be like P0150 for example.
Yeah, It's possible. I do like the 98 up look better than the 97 down look but changing fenders, bumper, hood and lights seems like too much work and money. That money can be better spent on my engine haha. Besides I don't want to make the car look like something it's not.
and yea man i know what you mean haha i wanted some thrust rims but then i was like power ....speed. :cool: performance lol
Okay
P0154= no activity bank 2 sensor 1
P0134= no activity bank 1 sensor 1
Apparently your two before cat sensors are not active. Is your car spitting black smoke from the tailpipes? Have you noticed any misfires? I assume your check engine light is on also. It's hard to test o2 sensors without the proper tools the best you could do is check the wiring and connectors. I find it kind of odd that both before cat sensors are reading faulty but the after cat sensor isn't.

no black smoke and i did have sum happen 2 days ago on a long trip i stoped to get some food at a drive in and the car started to hop and hop foward and the engine was winding up slower thats about it and thats y i want to replace the sensor but i cant find oem ones only aftermarket.
Well poop. Those aren't G2 adjustable coilovers at all. Those are the stockers (Decarbon shocks). Must have gotten the stickers off somebody that had them.
There was a really nice LT1 TA where I worked, G2 coilovers and a nice borla exhaust. That was back when that stuff was a good bit more expensive back when the 4th gen market wasn't quite as massive as it is now.
