  • Replacing Gaskets Checklist

    As some as you may know I need to replace my upper intake for sure. Im going to do the bottom one as well as long with elbows. Heres everything I have so far:
    Fix upper and lower intake gaskets

    Im getting a new one as well since my old one is starting to crack

      upper intake should be the cheaper one and elbows at advance auto parts are only $4.19. Elbow is the first place I look when I get a coolant leak. :tup:

        I have puddles of antifreeze inbetween my fuel injectors

          I'd replace the thermostat while you've got it apart. The o-rings that sandwich between the upper and lower plenum usually come with the intake gaskets.

                Glad to see your checklist is building and of great help for all to see.

                Fix the gaskets and if the FPR isnt giving you problems I'd leave it alone for now unless youre the type to have the entire top end covered.

                    Its good to replace it if you have the chance and you have alot of miles on your car.

                        I think so but Im prob going to do a egr delete since Im also planning on doing pacesetter headers and full exhaust. I have everything, Just need to install it lol

                              Far as I know there all the same, they all mount in the same spot, headers and intake no matter what year on the 95-02 3800 fbodys.
