New to the forum although I use the information all the time. My son has a 3.4 v6 and the pipe that has a quick disconnect above the water pump that goes in the lower intake manifold is leaking. not at the threads but at the quick disconnect part. any sugestions how to get this to stop. the threaded part that threads into the manifold is new.-thanks

Lancer, post a pic if you can. It might just need to have the hose replaced.

It sounds like something wasn't tightened properly and it's causing a coolant leak. I don't know exactly where that leak is till we see the pic, but this could be nothing more than applying a proper torque spec with it. IDK.
