Secondary air system is the air pump.
Also, you don't have to have the sensor "hooked up" to show ready. My egr is deleted and I can have my car show ready for the tests. This is why I was laughing when they changed emissions over here to the OBD II pluggin...except they did it from 98+ so I got screwed because hp tuners can pass any OBD II tested GM car

Re: OBD II Emissions Test Fail
incase I've lost some of you in my explanation, maybe this will help some, this is a quick scan I did earlier of my car showing the sensors as unready:
Then Here is a picture of everything ready...note that my EGR system is non existent, totally unplugged when I did this and it still shows as ready.
I wish I could add some more pictures in here, but the site can't resize them.

Re: OBD II Emissions Test Fail
This is facinating and helpful for me to understand what's involved in HP Tuners. Again, thanks very helpful!
I have been very busy at work and still have yet to perform some drive cycles or look into HPT. Looking forward to a sunny weekend here to drive the Camaro. I have the V6 and the Z28 to drive in the meantime.
I did find some extra info about HC, NOX & CO just to add to this thread:
