Racetronix stuff is usually pretty good but, never say never.
The pressure behavior you list above means it could be a pump with a leaking ball check, but more likely, you have one or more leaking injectors.
The Factory Service Manual has a section on fuel pressure tests which you should do. The test procedure will guide you to the problem, be it the pump leaking or injectors leaking. Without that procedure, you're just guessing.
