Spark plugs,wires,coils

What spark plugs, coils, and wires do you guys recommend?

I was thinking msd everything, but after searching the forums everyone seems to say msd coils are crap.

If anyone could give part numbers that would be greatly appreciated

After 100,000 miles I replaced everything with stock AC Delco stuff, it ran smoother and they work every time. I used to always want to upgrade parts with my other cars. Honestly I never noticed a difference or it caused a problem. Just get stock replacement. Don't get coils unless they are broken.

I have NGK plugs with MSD coil packs and custom MSD wires... They've been on the car for over a year and 15k+ miles with no issues so far.

I used the Accel Coils and MSD superconductor wires. They are 8.5mm. NGK are good plugs. Just look on summit racing, thats where I bought my stuff.

It seems there are mixed opinions on here if upgrades are really worth it.... Seems that the OEM replacements are the most reliable and perform as well if not better than some of the upgraded coils.

MSD Blaster coils and Streettfire wires here, with NGK spark plugs. No problems at all.

NGK TR55, 8.5mm wires (I think, it's been awhile since I had to make them), and GTP coils by ACDelco.
