  • window motor problem

so a while back i replaced my driver side window motor and over time i noticed that the window didn't complete seal closed at the front part of the window so i finally took the door paneling off and it appears there's only 1 screw/nut holding it to the fiberglass paneling now and the others have either lost their nut, or because of the unstable mount, actually dug away at the fiberglass to the point that even with them as tight as they go, won't stablize the motor...

anyone have any ideas as to how to repair this?
