  • Maintenance Day - 1993 Firebird

Spent a good part of yesterday working on my 1993 Firebird, 3.4L.
Installed new water pump, thermostat, ignition control module, MSD coil packs, Taylor wires, NGK plugs, and an air filter for good measure.
My coolant leak has stopped and it is running great once again.

Faded paint everywhere. The Florida sun killed it. Needs a paint job.

You'll like Taylor wires. I have them in both Birds.

Agreed. I like the color and it's not seen often.

Yup. I've had them before. I had the Spiro-Pro. This time I bought the Thundervolt.
I used a set of AC Delco wires last tune-up and I was not pleased. After only about two years they were dried out, arcing, and the boots were completely burned stuck to the plugs. And I used plenty of dielectric grease.
Should be much better this time around.
