I noticed what looks to be some sludge/copper RTV on the underside of the rad cap and come copper RTV bubbles in the antifreeze. I don't know the history of the vehicle, but the water pump looks to be the newest part. Could it actually be copper RTV the previous owner used on the WP? Concerns? See pics;

Nothing is in the oil but oil. I did notice what looked to be old water stains on front of the block under and on the pass head. Ill get a pic later.sigpic
