  • Having a few issues, not sure if they're related

So I've been having a few issues over the past few days and I'm not sure exactly what they're indicative of.

    First things first, it's a 95 3.4l V6 Camaro, A4, 220k miles.

Issue 1: Nothing happens when I turn the key. This has happened a few times when it is really cold out, like 12-17* F. Sometimes the radio/interior lights will turn on. When I put the key in and turn it, nothing happens. It's as if the key cylinder or relays are bad. I don't think it's the battery because if/when it does finally start in this situation, the voltage meter is totally fine.

Issue 2: Speedometer will stop working for a split second. I noticed this while driving on the highway, it would randomly bounce back and go back up to speed.

Issue 3: Stalling. I've had it stall 2 or 3 times now on me. Started right back up. Wasn't the battery. I have a feeling this is the fuel pump but I do not know for sure.

    Any ideas?

    1. Might be vats
    2. Might be vehicle speed sensor on the tranny
    3. Could be fuel pump, when was it replaced last?

      Would VATS prevent all power?

The fuel pump has never been replaced, which makes me think it's time to do it.

I don't about all power, maybe Bcm. If your fuel pump hasn't been replaced with that many miles on I would start there.
