No one has really said anything about this. I am going to install it...is it as simple as taking off the belt then a couple bolts then bolting the new one in and then putting the belt back on? Like can i just off and put the belt back on by hand?

Mechanically, yes, that's it. I would suggest that you break the bolts loose that are holding the pulley onto the water pump before you remove the belt. It should be easier that way. Are you changing any other pullies also?Originally posted by Ender2664:

dude, it's the easiest thing to do. Just four small bolts. Remove the belt by using a wrench / bar on the tensioner, swap the pulley, belt back on.
