When I first start my car and leave the driveway and hit the brakes they lock-up in the rear. When they lock-up the low-trac light comes on on the dash. I have disc upfront and drum in the rear. When I drive it for abit it stops. It also does it on wet pavement too. What is wrong with it or is there anything wrong? thanks

My rear-drum cars do this too (not f-bods). It's from rust on the drums. It usually happens to mine after they've not been driven for a few days, or the weather has been damp. If you lightly apply the brakes you'll probably hear them grinding. After the corrosion gets worn off then they're fine. I wouldn't worry about it. Mine have done it for years.2002 Silver Firebird A4
T-Tops, Leather, Y87, W68, Chrome Wheels
Bone Stock

I think Rob is correct. I used to have the same problem with mine until I switched to rear discs.1994 Firebird 3.4
15.65 @ 86.8
funkz.net/firebird
Timeslips

Have them checked. My 3.4 never did that nor does my 92. Your drum shoes might need replaced or the drum turned. Both are cheap.-1999 Camaro Coupe 3800 Series II V6 A4 - SOLD
-1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP coupe
