    I was thinking about taking an afternoon to take my door apart... you guys ever had a problem with your side windows sagging in when the doors are open? probably just a loose screw

    Hmm.. try pulling your door panel down and wiggling it to see if it's loose at all. There are a bunch of "clips" near the window that, if they aren't fully clipped down, will allow your window to "sag" inward..
