you can rip our your air box, get a performace filter, and a metal tube from autozone, advanced, or even home depot, and put it all together to make a better intake. 1996 5spd Silver Camaro
- Removed airbox, replaced with performance filter.

if you have a 5-speed, you can take out the shifter, chop a few inches off it and rethread it with a 3/8 pipe die, I did that with mine.
while not a free mod the 3.4 dose respond well to underdrive pullysWolf
95 black t-top camaro,3.4 5 speed,ud pullies,plugs/wires,de-shaft tb & gutted airbox, homemaid short throw shifter

What i did is i completly removed half of my air box and my K&N is just Zip Tied to the other half of the air box, sounds ghetto but you really hear it sucking in the air.1995 Bright Red 3.4L
Carmen\'s Page

Mine may be homemade, but it looks far from ghetto. It actually looks like it was from some kind of company...I'll post pictures as soon as I charge my camera battery enough to take a picture. I'll show which pieces I took out too. 1996 5spd Silver Camaro
- Removed airbox, replaced with performance filter.
