What's the difference between a Stage I and Stage II, and what does each change?

At Jegs they told me Stage I was for a stock vehicle, and Stage II was for light mods, intake & exhaust. They also said Stage II was for "Off-Road" applications. I had a Stage II, and I really could'nt tell a difference.<a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/sac2165\" target=\"_blank\"> CAMAROS</a>
