Yeah, aren't Firebird's manual??
But, if you pull up your parking brake one notch, just so the computer thinks it's on (do this BEFORE starting the car), it'll disable the automatic lights.
I also believe there's a group of wires behind your head unit, if you pull it out, there will be a small gray box, and if you cut the blue wire going into it, it'll disable them. I'm not 100% sure on this though, and if it is true, it should also disable your DRL's as well.Kyle M<br />--------------<br /><a href=\"http://grdws6.netfirms.com\" target=\"_blank\">2002 Trans Am WS6</a> (silver, A4) - lid, cutout, stage 3 shift kit, 12 bolt, vig 3200, tranny cooler, bmr sfc/stb, torq thrust ii. <b>12.688 @ 106.47mph -=- 1.756 60\'</b>

Wow, didn't know such feature existed on 'birds. If anyone figures out how to do this, let me know, it would be kinda nice.<a href=\"http://www.cardomain.com/id/byoonull\" target=\"_blank\">My Old Car - 2000 Silver V6 Bird</a><br /><br />The replacement-<br />94 Firebird Formula - 383, TH400, and a big blower<br /> <a href=\"http://community.webshots.com/user/fastblackcar94\" target=\"_blank\">http://community.webshots.com/user/fastblackcar94</a>

Must be something they only did to Canadian cars. I know one way to do it is to disconnect the light sensor on top of the dash next to the little blinking red LED. You have to pull the upper dash up then you will see the little light sensor. Just unplug it then put a jumper wire between the two terminals.
EDIT: Also do NOT pull your parking break up one notch and drive around like that. It supposedly disables your ABS.
