My AC blower works on all levels but it is blowing slower then usual. I felt under the passengers side center front console and felt some water dripage. When I turn the air on it sounds like its coming out of some other vent but I know its not full pressure.

what selector do you have it set to? make sure that it;s only coming out the vents that you have selected and not partialy out the floor or defrost. make sure that the fan runs on all speeds as well
it could be a vaccume leak...heatercore remotly possible?check lines for vacc

could be lots of things. if it;s coming out teh vents but at some times not strong it could be anything from battery or alt efecting system voltage or the blower motor going south or having a bad connetion
