I'm 6'0" and 175lbs, and I'm still trying to gain by lifting. depends on how I am feeling that week, sometimes I feel to scrawny so I bulk up to 170 but then sometimes I feel to heavy, so I trim down to 160.
I have a very high metabolism so I can lose weight "real" easy.Its gaining it back that is kinda hard.
