    Is it ok to use a 16lb. cap in replace of a 18lb. cap ?

    I believe the cars come with a 16 lb from factory so it should be ok. Dont quote me on that though.

      Should be ok, but the temp at which the radiator fluids will boil will be lower, so just don't let the temp get up in the 225ish+ range.
