Ok, I have had my 99 camaro for less then 6months now and it has had problem after problem, (or a bunch of problems that I have been wittling away at) To date I have replaced; fuel filter, FPR (super fun), serp. belt, plugs (bosch plat2), wires (taylor), all coil packs (msd) and the MAP sensor. After I replaced the FPR the car had some surging like feeling on the hwy, realized I ripped the end of the vaccum off the FPR. replaced that. Now it hestitates bad under load and misfires. Fuel pressure when KOEO jumps to 51 while the pump primes then holds at 42psi, when KOER psi holds at 42 also. I threw a code for a cyl. 3 misfire. Also the code reader says my catalyst and evap system monitors are not ready or not working. I would guess replacing the #3 injector would be next, but there is alot going on here. Please any help or advice in proceeding.

First off, my personal opinion on Bosch plugs is that they are trash. I know many others think the same as well. Mine crapped out after just one year. You might consider putting some AC Delco plugs back in.
Instead of guessing fuel injectors, I would fix the things the code reader is saying is wrong. If you still have problems after that, then start guessing.
Also, what kind of gas are you running? If you are seeking out the cheapest (unbranded) gas you can find, I would at least switch over to Chevron or Exxon gas. Partial to Chevron myself. Maybe try running 89 octane for a while. If the problem gets better, it probably does have something to do with the fuel system.
Lastly, I wouldn't consider half the things you've fixed as problems. Fuel filter, serpentine belt, plugs, wires ...these are all normal upkeep repairs, not flaws.
Fix those codes first.

even if I'm the second owner I can get a new cat at the dealer for free?
I'm not sure what sensors (and where specifically) those codes mean. The evap. system and catalyst, seem like larger systems with many sensors.99 camaro, white, taylor wires. Lots more soon.
