160 too cold? Autozone says yes

thanks guys for backing me, after such an ignorant comment.

yes, you'll have heat, but it will take a LONG time for it to heat up.
when I autotapped this winter, it took almost a half hour for the car to get up to 'running temp' but never got above 165. that's with a 180 stat.
i have a 25 minute drive to class every morning, and i wasn't getting real heat until i hit the exit off the highway (20 minutes)

In FL, the 160 is awesome and perfect year round :D

The only problem you will run into is that you won't have much heat in winter. I had the 160 in and since I have a vert it can get cold in the car so I switched to the 180

Thanks for all the help guys. I might go with the 160 in a few weeks once it warms up more, but sinse i don't drive my maro much in the winter, i should have to worry about the heat. thanks again

Ok to let you all know i have a 160 tstat and this winter it got around 15 degrees F I had to go to college too and i wasn't cold the air is warm but its not hot. You won't be cold that's for sure.
