yes, you'll have heat, but it will take a LONG time for it to heat up.
when I autotapped this winter, it took almost a half hour for the car to get up to 'running temp' but never got above 165. that's with a 180 stat.
i have a 25 minute drive to class every morning, and i wasn't getting real heat until i hit the exit off the highway (20 minutes)
