I've been noticing some rattling and clanking noises that I think are coming from my rear, towards the right side. It doesn't happen a lot, and there's no SES light. It primarily happens when I'm backing out (in reverse of course) for like a quick second, then goes away. And shortly after in while driving (like less than 100ft), the clanking noise happens again for like another quick second. Anyone got a sense of what I'm talking about? lol. Any help is appreciated. BTW, the car has stock rearend (3.08 no LSD) and has under 45000 miles on it (98).

By the way, I just got the hole in my exhaust welded today, and the noise hasn't happened "yet." Plus, I'm pretty sure that the hole didn't cause anything, but I might be wrong.Sinister Six

1998 Sport Metallic Gold Firebird A4:

Whisper Lid, 5% Limo Tint, 30th Anniversary Side Stripes, 3\" Borla Catback Dual Exhaust, Man Fan Switch, SLP CAI
http://members.cardomain.com/98goldbird
