How do I get this thing out. I have it unbolted and loose, but can not remove it. Any tips or advice.... It seems like I have to drop the exhaust.. HELP!!! I really need to get the car back on the road.

I have your answer, your right, you have to drop the exhaust. don't listen to anyone who says "hit is with a hammer" no offence stockv6. but i had the same problem with mine and everyone told me too hit it and it would come out, but it doesn't. you just need to loosen the bolts on the passenger side manifold. where the pipe meets the manifold. and it will drop out. you may have to loosen the other side too, but i doubt it. but trust me i tried for hours with the hammer, no luck. it's a little tricky getting anything up there to loosen them, but it can be done. best bet is an impact wrench too, that will help a lot. Goodluck
